I went online to buy this - currently I have Vonage (who I am very happy with) but was looking for a cheap soft second line for a fax that I rarely use. As usual, they tell you on the 31st day if it is not returned you will be charged $41.60. I figured returning it would be a nightmare, but wouldn't be out much money IMMEDIATELY a hold was put on my Chase card for $93.80. I choose to keep most details confidential as several people we know are still employed there. This company will toss you out when you get retirement age or have any health issues - even supply you with a sheet of other employees who were let go on the same day, years of service and their age. All they are interested is in the bottom line...don't kid yourself if you are doing well. Your day will come. read full review »
