Ordered Acer Aspire AS5515-5831 notebook from on-line store for pick-up today. The store accepted the order, took credit-card information and printed the confirmation. Then I have got pick-up cancellation message: item is not available, even when it was shown on-line as available and took the order. What a mess! This is not the first time that I had misinformation from this vendor. Of course sometimes it has good deals, but customer service is horrific. read full review »
