Today I received my warranty information. Along with the envelope were two bottles of auto additive. One for transmission and the other for oil/engine, After reading the information I was shocked to read unless I sent the card back verifying I put this gunk in my car, I couldn't use the warranty. THIS WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO ME. I was skeptical when I first bought the warranty over the phone. The salesperson didn't emphasis the part about the probation.
