Speed continue to decline for couple months now. Both upload and download compare to dialup. see attached copy of Speed History. Every time I call I have to go through their stupid drill. (is your modem on etc.) I have so many case numbers I can't keep track. They solved the upload problem for awhile, but today its back to crap. Is there a Government agency I can complain to? I live in a rural area and can't get Cable or Fixed Wireless. read full review »
