Chase Auto Financing

I want to joi a class action against Chase Auto! A year ago they repoed our SUV. To date the SUV is still in our name and the TAG is missing! Chase claims the SUV was damaged and had hi miles our records show that it was taken 2 months prior to Chase documentation. They also sold it for less then a grand, yet the loan is for over 7 grand. No way is this SUV worth only a grand! We were told to wait for the hardship program and we were not offered this program, Chase just took the Auto! Chase Auto Loan

We fell behind in our auto loan with Chase. We tried to file for the Hardship program and was not accepted. I wanted to sell the auto and was told that it was written off and we had the auto repossessed one year ago. We received No documents from Chase on the repossession. Just a bill for $6500 on a $7500 loan and blue book value of $6500-$7500. When I disputed the bill with Pa State I found out that Chase clamed the auto was damaged and there was missing for two months from the time it was repoed. I was conned into giving Brookmont apartment $3500 to stop a court action of eviction! The manager stated that the amount would be enough to stop the case. In stead their lawyer went to court and we were evicted by a armed private officer. We lost the total deposit for made up damages..really Brookmont never repaired or maintained the complexes and they are in violations of city building codes!
