I'm to you. Chain lightning in pvp can only be used when you are out of fireballs. All spells can be utilized in pve much more effectively than pvp. This is the appeal and the skill for the magician. If they are able to keep the ring then remove the consuming the circle. There's no reason not to be in a position to tank it, if you have the heals.
