everytime that it rains we've lost internet connection or it gives us about a few minutes of service every twenty minutes or so. Recently it's gotten so bad that we've lost internet service and the phone all together during the rain storm. Obviously it's something to do with the connection outside of the house, but the tech told us that it wasn't when he came to our house when it wasn't raining. I plan to demand help with our service but we shouldn't have to demand it four times. read full review »
