RUN from this organization! I spend over $600 to fly in for a quick 2 hour visit to see my son at the Air Force Academy. I drove my "E-Z rental" to the Academy and was stopped from seeing him by AFA security because the rental car had expired plates, I did not get to see my son until the next day, when a replacement car was available. I was due to fly out and had to pay extra for a change on my airline ticket. I missed my son's event. I asked for a rental refund. They hung up on me. I called to the corporate HQ in FL.
