A payment was made to this company - MembersWho.com - from my checking account (using the credit card number) for $39.97 with no authorization by me. I contacted them by phone and found it was a monthly charge for access to adult websites. (I closed the account first because I did not want to give them my credit card # and expiration date which were "required" for a credit according to their website which is where I found their phone number.) I had a $34.62 charge appear on my checking account paid to sensiblehelp.com. I had a very difficult time contacting them to see what this charge was for. Their website did not offer a phone number nor an e-mail address. I eventually found them (I can't remember how, but I will post the how-to when I find out again because the charge caused a $33.00 overdraft fee which I am seeking to get credited to my account.
