I bought a HP laptop in April and keep crash for the last few weeks. I sent it in for repair and the customer service rep at HP said his tech said I spilled liquid on the keyboard and it would cost over $300 to fix. I did not spill anything, infact, I only use a dry cloth to clean my laptop. I told them I would never buy a HP PRODUCT AGAIN> Addionally, I have a HP printer less than a year old and I keep getting a message now, printer cartridge installed wrong, it is not and I have done all the trouble shooting steps.
