In September of 2009, I bought a computer from Conn's on Military Drive, in San Antonio. I bought it one day before I left to college. The next day when I arrived at my dorm, I turned it on and was using for literally five minutes and then poof, it die completely. I called conn's and they said to send it back and I did. I spent the first two months of my college career without a computer. Since I got to college I have sent the computer back 4 times!
