I was hired by LoneStar Transportation to be a local driver, to go one location and pick up a load and drop it off at another. I was supposed to be gone only during the day and be home every nite. I was also promised pay for traveling to Gainesville, Tx. for company orientation and reimbursed for all my expenses as long as I turned the receipts in at the Kilgore, Tx. office which I was hired to work out of.
