I've been a good credit card customer with Bank of America for over ten years. Never made a late payment or went over the limit and still have very good credit scores. Bank of America notified me that the rate on my credit card is being raised by 10 points, to almost 24 %. I've read that BOA and other big banks are raising rates for everyone and increasing all types of other fees.
