I have been calling to cancel and all I get is first..stay on the line for the next person to help you and then the call is hung up. I was told not to cancel when I first called because I had till 8/26/09 to cancel and now I can't get a hold of anyone to cancel. Can anyone help me get through to them..to cancel.
