UnitedTel has been charging my Verizon account for unauthorized charges. I was finally able to get a number for them. I contacted them and now will be receiving a credit for the three months of billing. If you have been charged by them, contact them at 1-877-547-2815. Be sure to tell them that you no longer want to receive ANY emails, solicitations from them. AFTER you receive your credit, make sure to have this done with your phone company as well.
