I am at the point that I hate my job and I am certain most managers would agree. We suffer from the trickle down syndrome everyday, the people above us can not possibly make up their minds, not that would be too easy to do. I would like to know who comes up with some of these new "policies". Is it someone at corporate, divisional, regional, dm, or who???
