System failed after 12 hours of instillation call three times on the 8/11/09each time ask for a supervisor each time refered to technical support after speaking with them they assured me they would call back within 30 minutes that never happened no call back. On 8/12/09 started the process again still does not work . The quality supervisor that review the instillation spent over an hour on instillation day, and assured me that if any problem came up I would get immediate technical support that is a joke. read full review »
