Never sent the trail and charged my account $4.99 and $78.93 When I callled them about the charges Max Fernandez told me the charges are valid you never call to cancel. How can you cancel for something you didn't receive. I ask for a tracking # and was never given one. Total ripoff. Who do I call about this. read full review »
