Amana refrigerator purchased in 8/02 stopped cooling. We have a 10 major component warranty for the product. Called for service and was informed that warranty was cancelled, that I would have to call store for verification. Store verified and stated that verification was sent to service company and should show up after 24 hours. Many phone calls and hours later I am still trying to get service on said refrigertor.
