I was set on ACH recurring debits for car payments. Our checking account was compromised and closed immediately. Car payment wasnt due until 10 days later so I called them immediate to tell them they couldnt use previous checking and tried to offer the new one but was told I had to go online and change info. After previous attempts to notify these people and trying to just pay for the car they refused to listen and charged my closed account anyway.
