I had Direct Tv set up to automatically get paid on the 4th of the month or after. This worked for a year or so and suddenly I got disconnected for non pay. I called to see and the problem was they started trying to get the money on the 1st of the month. My check doesn't go into the bank until the 3rd. They said I owed them over $1200.00 dollars. For about 12 months, they not only didn't get thier money, they failed to notify me of the problem, they also continued my service for this long period of time without resolving the problem... read full review »
