US Airways Mastercard sent an offer by mail for a 3.99% balance transfer. I responded by calling the number on the offer, and transferred an amount. On my next bill, I saw that my rate was not 3.99% as offered, but 13.99%. When I called, I went through the ususal transfer, wait, get hung up on, and finally talked to someone.
