Garmin Customer Service is terrible!!! I have been fighting with them for 3 months to get a refund of $49.99. The online system for getting a subscription for traffic alerts for my 660, didn't give me enough information to determine which of the 2 offered was correct for my unit. With a 50/50 shot, I of course chose wrong. After a few days of fighting the unit, I called and then was told that I had the wrong subscription.
