There are (t00) many websites pimping this product. They are a scam and stealing money. Would not refund, even with returned products. The customer service people claim to be supervisors and actually tell you they do not care about anything, complaints, suing etc. Cost of doing business will be the lawsuits I hope they get. Unfortunately for consumers it will probably be class actions and you get $1 refund for your loss of $100 and the lawyers on both sides get 7-figure returns...while the product/company continue to rip people off.
