Target just raised my interest rate for no apparent reason. They state I have reached the penalty APR. I missed one payment on time, they charged me a late fee which I paid and made up the payment the next month plus. To top it off, I have a been a card holder for over 12 years. Now if that does not blow your mind, I do not know what doesn't. What is penaltyy APR anyway and would you not think if you had loyal paying customer for over 12 years, they would already know and consider my account history when a decision like this is made.
