Hello, I bought this Element FLX-3202 back in 12/2007 and after 5 months the audio went out on the unit. I unplugged it thinking a hard reboot would help but it didn't. I tried it a couple of days later and still did not work and then the video went bad. I contacted Element back in May 2009 and they told me they would send the parts and a tech would call me to install the parts. He never showed up.
