purchased cell phone accessories on-line. rcvd confirmation email. when no order status email arrived, i called the above numbers from their website. recording said i was #1 in the queue with a waite time of one minute. after one minute, phone disconnected. called numerous times (both numbers) witht he same result. finally aroung 3:00 in the afternnon, the phone was answered. i asked for status of the order. the CSR asked for the order number. i gave her the number. she asked for my name and when i gave it to her, she said they had no order in... read full review »
