A comcast technician came to my home today to disconnect service, they asked my neighbor to let them in. I DO NOT HAVE ANY COMCAST SERVICE. I spent 45 mins on line with their disconnection department FIVE TIMES HE ASKED FOR MY ACCOUNT # FIVE TIMES I TOLD HIM "I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH COMCAST. He then put me on a " short hold" for 12 minutes then I got put through to the spanish speaking department! I AM QUITE SURE HE DID THAT DELIBERATELY. WHAT A TOTALLY USELESS COMPANY COMCAST IS. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY AND IF THEY EVER ENTER MY PROPERTY AGAIN I WILL CALL THE POLICE.++++GO DISH++++++++++++++ read full review »

Bad service, rude customer reps, system is always going down and they could not care less. 5 days now I have been waiting for them to call to set a service date(which they charge for) if you have a choice do not choose DISH NETWORK> read full review »

company is totally useless. I ordered cartridges, they sent ones with NO CHIPS so for every cartridge you have to try and remove the chip from the old cartridge and VERY carefully put it into the new one and believe me it is VERY EASY TO DAMAGE THE CHIP, Both ones that I replaced DID NOT WORK after. So I called the company and got lousy customer service, it seemed to me that they couldn’t care less!
