We purschased an air conditioner unit from Sears paid $5000.00 cash for this unit. After for waiting a week to get the unit, the guy came with the wrong unit. They had a unit for an apartment and we live in a two story home. Well we had to wait another week for the unit to arrive at our home. This unit comes bent and broken on the trip over to our home, they said, so they try to fix it at our home and had no luck, this was on a Friday so now they are saying wait until Monday.
