This is the second time Culligan has provided wrong product to their water filtration system. In addition the Culligan office also did not inform me TWICE that they had not received the parts they "ordered." I called then when I had not heard from them. And they assured me the parts were coming in. I had to cancel the plumber call twice. Finally, they said they had the parts. They didn't! They gave me a used part and a part they fit a different model. I still had to pay for the plumber and now I'll have to pay thousands to put in a new system. And when I brought this up with the HQ Office secretary she was beyond rude. read full review »
