I purchased a dress and sweater on June 29, 2009 with overnight shipping. I got it in, saw right away it was all wrong so it sent it back. This was a dress of more than a hundred dollars with shipping. I sent it back on July 1, 2009. Today is August 20, 2009, and they STILL have not refunded the money to my BANK account.I DO NOT have a Newport News credit card, so their little spiel of "it will show back up in two or three billing cycles" is bull.
