I just switched my Magic Jack number and was assigned an Alabama telephone number. I live in Washington State. After spending 40 minutes with a customer service rep in the chat service at magicjack.com, there is nothing "The System" could do to fix the mistake. Magic Jack may be OK when it works, however if you ever have any type of customer service problem, you are screwed. There is no customer service at Magic Jack. Zero, nothing, NADA. zipo.
