I became Irate when sales rep insulted me stating I couldn't read their policy on order processing. Received multiple insulting and threatening emails. Was told they don't believe in customer rights and they were in control for they had the merchandise i needed. Was told they were going to watch out for any orders I would place online and cancel such orders. Fraudulently Charged my Credit Card, and then partially refunded amount. I'm not upset any longer for this business a complete joke. read full review »
