I have two charges on my account that I thought was taken care of. I have no idea where these came from or what they were for. My bank called and finally got the information of (I plan financial for $38.34) and (Fresh sky word idea for $72.96). I have no idea what this is and I have NOT I REPEAT NOT authorized these charges.
