I received my 14 day free trial and received on July 16, 2009. I returned the unused bottle on July 28, 2009, US Mail and have the receipt. I enclosed a letter with the return to cease any further shipments of product and I was well within the time frame of 14 days returning and canceling the product. Prior to returning the product I called the above number five times, left messages each time, but never a return phone call.
