I had Direct TV installed and they installed the wrong DVR box, so i called and they said they would fix it, so they just needed $288.11 to order the box and my bank account would be credited in 24 hours, so its been 48 hours and they said the amount could only be credited back to my direct tv account, i want my money, they stated 24 hours not 48 and not back to my direct tv account, so far thier service sucks read full review »
