TJ Maxx in Woburn MA has a terrible customer service. I have been through serious illness (cancer) and treatments and was unable to wait for a long waiting line in the check out area, and this store offered no place to sit in the area. So I asked for help. The manager Rick refused to help me for a speedy checkout. Then I waited in a shorter return waiting line and when I was called I told the cashier that I was unable to stand that if she could help me check out. She also said no to me.
