Ordered heel lift on August 10th, web site said delivery in 3 -6 business days. Heel lift arrived August 24th. Wrong size - sent large, I ordered medium. They do not respond to e-mail. I have sent seven follow-up e-mail requests. The phone numbers are busy all the time. I need the heel lift to balance a brace on my left leg. read full review »
