I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for an appointment last night, I showed up to the office to find the door locked and the lights off. After calling their customer service line, I found out that they went out of business 4 days ago! I still have a package with a couple of treaments left and I would love to know if they plan on handling all of these complaints I'm reading about.
