I ordered merchandise on December 10, 2008 and had it shipped regular ground shipping which indicated should take from 5-10 business days. I waited until December 28 to call, e-mail, call e-mail. After 3 e-mail complaints and several messages on their voicemail, I still have not heard anything back. I have been doing this for the last 10 days, and have been receivng confirmation e-mails that a customer service rep will respond with 48 hours. This still has not happened.
