I used Good Sam for years and felt safe knowing they were there when I needed help. Then, one day, I booked a camp site for a month but the serpentine belt broke and I needed help. I called Good Sam for a tow. Long story short, they could not find anyone to tow the RV (no problems in the past;--why not?
