Best buy Geek Squad incorrectly downloaded the TrendMicro Anti-virus program which they suggested we buy (or the product was defective), it did not work correctly, and when we called Geek Squad for several days in a row, they would not answer the phone. We got help from a friend, uninstalled the product, loaded Avast, and everything was cleaned up easily. Then when we tried to return the Trend Micro, Best Buy tried to avoid giving us our money back and said we had to contact Trend Micro--whose phone number on the CD was 1-888-bestbuy!
