I wanted and inexpensive phone and plan for my 11 year old son and Cricket seemed to be my answer...boy was I mistaken!!! I ordered a re furb phone for 9.99 and 1 month free service plus the 15. act fee on line, it took 3 weeks to get it and many phone calls to customer service to find out what happened, every phone call when unanswered they couldnt help with anything. Why do they even have cusomer service if NOBODY HAS ANSWERS they don't even bother to look into anything and I couldn't cancel the order I had yet to receive till... read full review »
