My local club in Flower Mound, Texas was purchased by Life Time Fitness. Since then, my costs have gone up and the value I receive for the money I pay has gone down. This club publishes a schedule of classes and then doesn't hold the classes. This has happened to me four times in the last year. I request phone calls from management and was told that calls would be returned within 24 hours. I have yet had a call returned.
