I have been a Hughesnet customer for more than 2 years. I purchased the Pro+ plan, which is suppose to give me 1.6 Mbytes download and 256 Kbyte upload speeds. For the first 6 months, the service was great, and I got the speeds I paid for. Then the speeds started going down, and service became irregular. For the past 1 1/2 years I have called Hughesnet technical support hundreds of times, and it is always the same.
