I agreed to try Onlingo to pursue learning conversational Spanish. The company said I would have a 14 day trial period. The truth is I had less than 7 days. The trial starts at the time of order, not at the the time the customer recieves the product. They charged my credit card $80 dollars the same day that I called to cancel my trial. I called to cancel on day 7 (well before day 14). I am returning the product but they are keeping $20 for re-stocking. What a FRAUD! Do not use Onlingo and warn all your friends! read full review »
