I took my computer in to and talked with Scott and gave him detailed information concerning my computer (Dell Laptop). I was having problems and that it only wanted to be started in the Safe mode. That I had called Dell and found out a new hard drive would cost $99 and that my computer was old and I wasn't wanting to spend a lot of money getting it fixed, I was hoping it would last until the new Windows 7 came out.
