Computer crashed. Was advised Hewlett Packard was award of faulty hardware. Called for service and was informed I was out of warranty and the company extended warranty had also expired. Was informed I never registered the computer at purchase, however they had all of my personal information in their file, including the date of purchase. Was told that I could not get the free repairs, however they would be pleased to correct the problem they created for a little over $500.00.
