Purchased Magic Jack online from their web site; product installed on computer with no problem, and worked fine for making outgoing calls, however, when anyone tried to call me, they received a message that this was long-distance call. I got on the live chat customer service and spent 45 minutes going over the problem with representative (he did at least try to help, and was polite).
