I too have the same problem - I was told I would have 30 days to evaluate product and could return for any reason and receive a full refund less $14.95 for delivery. NO mention was made about any restocking fee. Our son, as senior, has decided he is not going to retake the ACT test and therefore we do not need this product, I am within the 30 day time limit and have sent two emails and left 2 telephone messages, but had no response whatsoever. I have now contacted my credit card company to file a dispute and have found out that it is a Paypal transaction so I am contacting Paypal to file dispute ... BEWARE! read full review »
